It has given me more confidence to talk to anyone who may have thoughts of suicide and signpost them in the right direction for help and support.

Wonderful session - I will sign up for the longer ones when available!

I like the fact the workbook isn't completed fully in the training, giving time to go back, futher complete and reflect at a later date.
