The course really helped me to see how to help. You do not ask someone to choose life, but to stop, pause, and see what steps can keep them safe. Saj was very engaging and kept the group interactive throughout.

Yes t is very useful to have the stages in my head now and the checklist. I was able to identify what I may have steered away from in the past but also what I did that was okay.

The training was useful in helping me to build confidence in addressing the issue of suicide if it comes up at work
