A great session. Its very hard to deliver training online and keep everyone engaged but Christo manged it well. I also felt looked after throughout. I had to dive off to deal with a child mid way through the course and didnt think to tell him. He immediately called me and messaged me to see if i was ok. This meant alot.
A really useful course, time well spent and should be shared more widely. Would like more men to be aware that this sort of course exists.
I would feel a lot better about asking the question and know have steps I can take to help someone who is thinking about suicide.

This was really good, I would recommend it to colleagues who were unable to attend.
I got a lot out of this training. It was insightful and I feel confident to talk about the subject with someone now. The only frustrating part was that there was a mess up with the timings and then when we did get on the call the start was slow. It was 45 minutes (approx.) before any delivery of actual content, which was 45 minutes after the proposed start time. It was a shame that the last bit of the presentation had to be rushed through, and a couple slides missed because we ran out of time. All that said, I know these things happen, and the content was very good.
Having an African Heritage woman delivering the work shop was important. This gave an extra bonus that gave a more realistic cultural approach to the subject.
