Brilliant course - really helped me feel I am doing the right thing
I really enjoyed the day and felt the tutor did a superb job and allowed us all to speak and contribute.
it was beneficial to revisit skills,( e.g. listening) and everything covered was relevant. for me personally it will be helpful to have greater confidence in this area and specifically Step 3 Coping and the Personal Coping Plan as a tool to use if ever needed.
Engaging and thought provoking session. Lots of useful information which Steve presented really well. Obviously would be preferable to do face to face but can't be helped at the moment- couldn't print off course material as I am at home.
