I don't particularly enjoy online training but it was quite interactive and felt safe and friendly. The content was good and it flowed well.

Overall I was happy I would have liked more training on assisting someone committing suicide but I hope never to experience that but overall I felt it was a really worth while course but it did open up a lot of memory’s for me that was difficult of people I have known to commit suicide
