Not an easy subject to deliver but completed with real professionalism.

I understand this is a sensitive subject and it can be triggering for people. I have personally experienced being there for someone who was considering suicide and I personally was more triggered by how unrealistic it was

I recognised signs within myself. Really well structured course. Outside of the box thinking. Based on research and experience. Delivered well. And, a gifted follow up session in-person at the local community centre. Kasia is very approachable and understanding. Caring and compassionate.
