Excellent and valuable

A huge amount to learn over the 4 days and the practice of the delivery reinforced the learning of the content. Once I had received the trainers pack things seemed to become easier to understand and I became more familiar with the course/s. The tutors were very supportive and understanding and I enjoyed the learning although I found myself quite overwhelmed and quite tired after the first session especially.

Really informative and insightful training which I will use in my every day life on both a personal and professional basis

A very good well paced training. Delivered very professionally with lots of interaction and information, though not too much.

It is difficult on Zoom to make notes whilst fully engaging and whilst the PDF was editable, I would have found value in a printed copy to make notes on. I now realise I should have had someone back at my office print and send it to me if possible.

Amazing training. I will be recommending to all my colleagues that they do it too. I did feel the second half, after the break, was a little rushed, but other than that - brilliant training.

I've genuinely enjoyed all aspects of this training and am so grateful to have had the opportunity to be part of this. I've met some great new friends/ colleagues and feel as if my 'spark' has been relit both in terms of my sense of purpose related to my work role, and also in terms of my personal interest in & commitment to suicide prevention, intervention & postvention.
