I feel this is a great opportunity to get an in-depth understanding of how to respond to a person who may be suicidal.

My 4 stars do not reflect the trainer/training success, rather an acknowledgement that I feel that no matter the amount of training, it is in the experience, but I feel *way* more prepared and equipped thanks to this course and Alison's skillful delivery. Thank you Alison, and all involved in supporting this training.

I feel more confident to use the word ' suicide' in the enquiry and address some of the issues that I may come across and also where to signpost.

This was a good well structured course - first online indepth course I have done (apart from short webinars).

Very enjoyable if that's the right word and I have benefited greatly from this training. I will be putting the information into practice.

Although it can be an upsetting subject. I learned a lot about how to talk to clients or anyone showing suicidal ideation. I don't feel so uneasy about bringing up the subject with clients now.

Some great discussion and talk, might be quite useful to send people away with a task (research or feedback task) - given the lack of face to face contact due to COVID.
