Attendees value the course’s practical help in making direct conversations about suicide feel more manageable: it builds confidence to recognise warning signs, use appropriate language, ask clear questions and create a safety plan. They describe knowledgeable, compassionate trainers who use discussion, videos, role-play and workbooks to make a difficult subject accessible, engaging and safe. The clear structure, calm pace and useful resources support application in both professional and personal situations, although some would welcome more time for practice.
