Thank you for providing the course and sharing your knowledge. I found it really informative, and it was lovely to meet others who are committed to supporting people in our communities. I couldn’t access Zoom properly on my laptop, but it was fine — I joined on my mobile and used my laptop to view the course materials, so I was still able to take part fully.

Overall the course was delivered in a clear and professional manner with a strong emphasis on compassion and understanding. The content was both informative, thought-provoking and encouraged confidence in recognising the signs of someone struggling with suicidal thoughts. Overall a highly worthwhile and meaningful course that increases awareness, confidence and willingness to support others in times of crisis.

Took a lot from the course and a lot from the tutor ..it was a really good course for ppl who suffer with mental health issues as well as not
