I enjoyed this very sensitive course and it has given me more confidence to recognise individuals who may be thinking about suiciding, and suicide behaviours. The course enabled me to think about the language used and the stigma attached to this -for example 'commit suicide' that I will aim not use again.

The follow of the session and the way it was delivered was amazing . Every question was taken up and everyone was given a chance to speak their thoughts . It felt safe and nice .
