I thought it was a good course that i would recommend to others.
I found the course very informative and easy to follow. The topic was a difficult one to discuss but the course was kept light hearted so it didn't become too overwhelming. The work book was also good to have as we followed.

The course was brilliant and I do have personal experience with someone in my family attempting suicide, I really hope I can help someone if the situation ever arises again.

Very good course, well structured and the sensitivity of the subject considered at an appropriate level. There was clear understanding of how emotive the subject can be and as a delegate I felt looked after, as if my welfare was very important
