Really enjoyable morning. I have always been scared and reluctant to address the issue of suicide based on very little experience and knowledge but I now feel that, from today's session, I can utilize the First Aid skills confidentially.

Thank you enjoyable and informative session. I feel much more equip to deal with an individual who make may experiencing suicide thoughts or making plans to do so.
