The course is well structured but at a level that makes it available to all. Giving the three steps gives me a process to follow and understanding how to phrase some things rather than feel as you've said the wrong thing will be helpful. Being open to knowing more signs of contemplation (probably couldn't have thought of some of them so could miss something) and the film was extremely thought provoking. As a suicide survivor I wish I knew then even a little bit of what I know now.

Very brilliant course. Have been on it twice now and still learning a lot from it. Nell Blane is a very good trainer.

I was really nervous about taking the course due to past experience but I am so glad I did, has given me the confidence to talk to someone about suicide if asked
