Excellent training, three hours was enough. I felt cared for and well supported during the training. Having already had experienced suicide training it was an excellent refresher but easy enough for first timers to take in and understand.

A really good course., I was nervous about the course content but it was a perfect introduction to the subject and gave me the knowledge and confidence to recognise the signs and the importance of asking a person if they had been thinking about suicide. The course worked really well as a virtual course.

Very useful course how to recognise and talk about suicide . How to help and where to refer people in need.

Being able to have the confidence to approach and help anyone who may be experiencing any negativity or suicidal thoughts. Gaining more knowledge and insight on this subject.

Great, really enjoyed it, felt like the perfect balance of presentation and participation learnt alot.

It was a great session about a hard subject matter, I learned some new ways of speaking to people and it reinforced some of the actions i already do.
