I thought it was a good course that i would recommend to others.

I found the course very informative and easy to follow. The topic was a difficult one to discuss but the course was kept light hearted so it didn't become too overwhelming. The work book was also good to have as we followed.

Very good session, informative and helpful. I feel more confident in dealing with this issue now and how to help someone who may be feeling suicidal.

Great course and a great tutor. I feel this is a very good course for others to attend.

I enjoyed the course, it is very relevant , informative and interesting. I am already placed on the waiting list at work for full the 2 day course, which I am told was excellent. It will help with my role working with vulnerable people and supporting colleagues and my own wellbeing

The course was brilliant and I do have personal experience with someone in my family attempting suicide, I really hope I can help someone if the situation ever arises again.
