SFA01-Suicide First Aid Lite Reviews

generally thought the course was good, trainer was excellent and gets a 5 star from me, i feel the manual being delivered by email just means people will ignore it, despite the clear instruction from trainer many in the group simply didn't even look in advance, an actual physical manual is much more likely to gain peoples engagement

very useful. I have needed more training in this area for a while.

Very good course to help you understand this very difficult topic that you don't really want to talk about.. and how to do deal with it....in a practical step by step way

Very relevant to our role - good overall understanding of subject and signs to look out for.

I'm glad I completed this training I now feel I have a better understanding and can ask questions to my clients more openly about suicide.

I really enjoyed the course and found it very beneficial - easy to follow notes and feeling more confident about being able to interact in future

Difficulties with ZOOM, if I had realised that this is delivered on TEAMS would have chosen that option as always have issues with ZOOM.

The only problem I experienced was bad audio for the first 50 mins it was very intermittent only hearing the odd word or one or two sentences. I had to leave and re-entering the meeting a couple of times. So disappointed with missing that information. It seemed to be a problem with Bridgend and Zoom. Shian did say we can redo course if required.
