Thank you so much for delivering such a powerful and informative training session. I will definitely be more aware when out and about and will not feel unsure about approaching someone that may need a bit of help or a listening ear.

I had some idea about what to do if someone was having thoughts of suicide and the course confirmed what I already knew but also gave me further ideas on how to approach the subject.
