I really enjoyed the training, it was clear and informative and very needed for all staff working with people who may have suicidal thoughts.
A good course and I would recommend it to others
I think the course needs a lot of work if it is to be delivered online, interactions are difficult, technology fails, and with most people not having cameras it is very difficult for the trainer to engage with the students

This course has provided insight, reduced fear and anxiety regarding the topic of suicide. Has provided copious hints, tips and techniques as well as providing incredible sources of support networks and safeguarding information.
A thoroughly worthwhile investment of my time. As a Samaritan of many years I thought I probably didn't need to do this but came along as I was setting it up! How wrong I was. There is always something to learn.
SAF Lite is a great course and i would recommend to others. I definitely feel more confident in talking to someone who might be experiencing thoughts of suicide which is what i was hoping to acheive.
