Great course and well presented and vital for my role as a trainer and fed rep. This is something that is close to my heart. I'm passionate for helping people and this gave me better skills to deal with people
Comfortable environment was set to speak openly and honestly.
The course was really informative and at the right level, it has increased my confidence in speaking to someone who might be having suicidal thoughts.
A couple of shorter breaks would have been good! And some interactive activities would have made it a bit more engaging (although was glad to not have to do a breakout room!). Those are the only 2 improvements I can think of, otherwise was very insightful and useful
