This was a hard hitting training course which was well delivered with care and support for the group of delegates.
the course was very eye opening in terms of what to look out for when someone might be contemplating suicide. There were many words spoken buy people causing some good communication but at times went a bit skyward. Perhaps having more control of the conversation would help with keeping to the important information being shared.
Fantastic training! It was interesting and engaging with the perfect balance of enthusiasm and sensitivity. I definitely felt it was a safe space and really enjoyed exploring the topics covered. Brilliant training materials, clear, concise and well put together. There was care and consideration throughout. I would highly recommend!
Would definitely recommend this course to anyone as you never know when you will need the training and it is a big confidence builder.
Most useful and practical training session on suicidal thoughts and what to do next I have had in my 30 years of working in the field of support.
Overall a very good session and met the need of the sja trainers.
