Although the course was emotionally intense, it was an extremely enlightening and informative, clear and easy to understand.

Very good entry level course. I have worked for a mental health crisis service so knew most it, but a refresh is always good. I think the course is a great entry level course but something more detailed is likely needed for those that work in mental health
