Very informative and feel a lot more confident on how to carry out my job effectively. We have a lot of people ringing in or seeing people face to face affected by mental health and poor wellbeing. This has given me the confidence to know how to handle tough situations properly

I enjoyed the course - I don't learn well in these environments (interaction, breakout rooms) etc. That is not my learning style and can feel very uncomfortable but it was a good experience and she made it a very welcome space
