It was a very good and helpful course, and it's a shame we have not done the long version. I went there with what I considered quite good knowledge of the topic, and yet I learnt so much and I feel much more comfortable to have actual conversations with people, recognising the signs but also my own boundaries and limits. It was honestly one of the best courses I've done. Thank you!
