I really enjoyed the training, I was slightly distracted as also the duty officer for the office, I apologise for this.
I felt the course was delivered perfectly, it really has helped me feel more confident in recognising the signs and being able to talk with someone that may be having suicidal thoughts.

Really great course. I think this type of topic could be explored for days at a time as there is so much to discuss and look into. However, this was really useful.
