Really thorough course and excellent thought-provoking content. I felt that I learned a lot and would be much more confident in dealing with someone with suicidal thoughts.

A good insight, but I think you would need to be a certain type of person who would actually approach someone to offer help.

Made me realise that I shouldn’t pre judge or assume anything and that I should be brave and do something positive if I see something is wrong

The course was insightful and provided me with the tools and confidence to deal with approaching the topic of suicide in the work place and being able to talk directly to any person feeling suicidal or attempting suicide.

After the course i feel i would be a little more confident in talking to people that say they are suicidal.
