A good insight

This was a really good and informative course and well worth attending to get a taster of the full course. I would definitely recommend others to attend this course to gauge if they would benefit from the Full course.

The course is very-well structured, the first discussions are very important to learn about language, approach and ways of dealing with signs of possible suicide thoughts/behaviour. The safety guide is clear and helpful, and cover the main aspects someone needs to know to identify and act in these cases.

i likes how this session was lead, there was many breakout rooms which made us all engage in the activity and really understand the subject.
