This course has provided insight, reduced fear and anxiety regarding the topic of suicide. Has provided copious hints, tips and techniques as well as providing incredible sources of support networks and safeguarding information.

A thoroughly worthwhile investment of my time. As a Samaritan of many years I thought I probably didn't need to do this but came along as I was setting it up! How wrong I was. There is always something to learn.

SAF Lite is a great course and i would recommend to others. I definitely feel more confident in talking to someone who might be experiencing thoughts of suicide which is what i was hoping to acheive.

It is a very emotive subject, changed my thinking on some issues and awareness yet reflected my thinking in other areas. Will give me more confidence to ask the serious questions in future if the need arose.
