Really good course. I was unsure whether it would be more operational based but it was actually really great for anyone no matter what role you have within the service. I would feel much more confident to help others now after completing this course.

It was upsetting as the content was very specific. Statistics show high numbers of suicide and thoughts of suicide. Stigmas must be challenged
