This session was needed and I am happy that I could have attended. It was precise, to the point, yet the points were all elaborated. If given the opportunity to enhance or further this course, I would jump at it in a heartbeat. Thank you to CREDI and Job well done

I recognised signs within myself. Really well structured course. Outside of the box thinking. Based on research and experience. Delivered well. And, a gifted follow up session in-person at the local community centre. Kasia is very approachable and understanding. Caring and compassionate.

It was a fantastic session and it aided me in gaining an alternative perspective into the life of someone who has had different struggles and judging someone for struggling is just overlooking their worries. It also makes me think about signs that I may have noticed around me and allowed me to gain a higher level of awareness.
