The course was very well delivered, Christo is the best instructor I have come across.

Christo delivered the course well, information was informative and I liked that there were a range of people from different employment sectors with different levels of knowledge to be able to share their thoughts, views and ideas.

I found the course very informative and useful. It has given me more confidence to talk to a family member who has attempted suicide many times. I was pleased to learn how to phrase things and to repeat back to them what they have told me.

Although difficult and confronting it is important and I have taken the opportunity so that I can try to help someone in crisis.
