I feel moving forward I have the knowledge & resources in place to help someone with suicidal thoughts get the help they needed on the day

The course was excellent, the tutor was very informative and explained each part of the course clearly. It was nice to mix up materials E.G workbook, polls, video and breakout rooms, as well as open discussion.
