I really took a lot from today and will use the skills I’ve learnt where ever I get the opportunity to help

Fantastic course. I would like to do it again to help retain all the inputs from the participants and find time to hear more of individuals experiences and have time to discuss their inputs.

Nic created a safe space where we were able to explore the topic of suicide.

Very much feel the course has given me confidence that was lacking to approach the subject and also the tools to subsequently help a person should the response be a 'yes'.
