Very pleased that I had the opportunity to attend this very well presented course. I must add that the tutor was good in encouraging us to be bold (but caring, of course) if we find ourselves in a situation where someone may be thinking of self-harm, not to hold back in using the word suicide if we think this could be in the person's mind.

Sharahl shared insightful information with examples and it was an opportunity to exchange ideas with wider audience.
