Great refresher of skills in an engaging way !!
Being interactive help with the course and a clearer understanding
Harli is a reflective practitioner who worked with us to answer some difficult questions / scenarios we have seen in our practice at work. She is engaging, and kept the refresher training involving with new material to highlight important reminders for us to take on board

Learnt more on this course than last time doing PBS training. Trainer really held the learners on the course interest. For what is a potentially a tough and emotional subject to train in...it was really great that we all were able to discuss things regarding the subject matter, plus we were given the opportunity to voice our opinions regarding our practice in the school as a whole. I feel prepared to be able to practice PBS more confidently now.
Great trainer! I really liked small group, this allowed discussions more open and questions answered.I feel like video could be done more apropriate to us, our setting.
