Andy was excellent. Very clear and concise instruction using humour which made it fun. The time went very quickly.Response : That’s fantastic to hear! I was quite nervous of doing this refresher as thought I wouldn't remember much from the last one. ( John also taught this). Was suprised at how much I did remember and John made me feel very much at ease which meant I was less nervous. I thoroughly enjoyed the course.Response : That’s fantastic to hear! It’s completely natural to feel a bit nervous before a refresher, but it’s great that you were able to recall more than expected. John clearly created a supportive learning environment, and it’s wonderful that his approach helped ease your nerves.
