Great refresher course. Ben interacted and had everyone involved and his knowledge was great. I have learnt some new techniques and strategies
Normally I find refresher courses a chore, but the delivery of this one was much different. Rather than the standard death by PowerPoint, it was interactive, real and full of humour. I hope that Ben is my trainer on the next refresher!!!
Ben was such a genuine guy, his emotional intelligence was off the chart! Hopefully I’ll have him in future refreshers!
Ben kept the group engaged and entertained. It was fun, informative and full of laughs. Today was a good refresher for my self and I enjoyed today.

Ben leads a brilliant style of teaching, having an open room with everyone involved to make the session as interactive as possible, also being able to make the most challenging side of the job in restraint training, positive and informative on best ways to avoid in anyway necessary but use as and when required for safety of all involved, great session and many thanks!

Ben was very engaging and involved all throughout the day. It was nice to have some interactive games to replace boring slides. Well done Ben, hope to see you next year 🙂
