The course was very interesting and it gives me a better insight of my job. Appreciate the course instructor for his directives.
The trainer Jack showed a great knowledge on the subject material he was able to safely demonstrate techniques that reflect the challenges that we face in our roles he was approachable and dealt with hard to awnser questions in a professional and thorough way not ducking any situations that our staff brought up
