The course was good and informative and realistic. The trainer let us discuss scenarios. They were happy to run through things we did not understand or needed a refresher.

The training was good , Jack is a good trainer , good at his job and how he is presenting the course , i have learned a lot from it and i looking forward to forward to meet him again.
