Due to covid there was redirections in handling but I still went away understand the techniques.
This course does an excellent job of talking around realistic situations and exploring de-escalation and diversion to a thorough degree to avoid PI. Thank you to the trainers, who were exemplary.
Trainers were Debbie Hardy and Sam. Brilliant delivery of training. First time Sam delivering training, went well, knew subject matter well.
