Excellent trainer and fully able to understand teaching methods
Second year training with Ben and it was excellent. He makes the training extremely fun and gave me some new information in relation to Autism and why service users behave the way they do.
Ben a a friendly approachable tutor, he explains the skills in detail & then demonstrates them, his knowledge of the subject matter is extensive, I particularly enjoyed the new knowledge he delivered around autism.
I'm enjoying the training and learn alot. Thank you
