Both trainers was excellent was very instructive learned a lot
Learnt alot today very helpful and feel more confident if I have to do this as part of my job role. Georgie is very friendly and approachable.
Really good to have a refresher as they can sometimes can forgotten if not used much. Lots of practical activity to join in and engage.
