Lee was fantastic in delivery and taught the PBS course amazingly and provided training which was imbedded in my mind from today onwards. I feel the way the delivery was provided was the best delivery I’ve had for the last 5 years being in the company. All trainers should provide training in this way.

The trainer, Lee, was the best trainer I’ve had in all my years in the job. Interactive, engaging and seemed to genuinely care about our progress. Taught in a manor that was easy to remember, made the training enjoyable as well as educational. Lee

Lee was amazing! The best trainer, went into detail about the theory. Perfect that he is a life coach as well because all examples were relevant. Plenty of chance to talk to one another and we had time to ask questions. Went over all techniques in detail. Was a really good refresher!

Lee was a 10/10 instructor he was very detailed and patient. I learned a lot about the way triggers can be prevented and how to deescalate with physical interventions.

Lee was very supportive and made it very simple to understand and implement when at work. Bringing in situations from real life, to fully understand the depth of the work that was completed
