Very informative and learned a lot. Gained more skills and knowledge to take further and implement in package working to support service users with high standards of care and support and working within guidelines. Nice and relaxed atmosphere and kind and attentive trainer.

Really informative and was really through and explained everything really well
Detailed and practical with lots of demonstration and discussions. The use of PowerPoint pictures to show techniques could be very useful.

Hopefully, the trainers gave time to ensure all of the physical skills are taught clearly, as just having pictures wouldn't ensure the safety and technique of the skills are applied appropriately and accurately. We always recommend practicing the skills as a team after the training, to ensure skills are fresh and kept up to date between refresher courses.

Brilliant refresher training. Trainer was very knowledgeable which is useful to my role. Lee was very professional throughout the training.
Good refresher course, all information delivered in a effective way. Able to retain and discuss course material. Lee had a good tone throughout his delivery and was interesting to watch and learn from.
