It was a great course and I learnt a lot from it. It was really good how the trainer related a lot of the content to situations and people in our workplace.

The session was very interactive and provided lots of opportunities to practice the holders. The trainer gave back constant feedback to ensure holds were being completed with the correct technique. Trainer included everyone in the session

Very interactive. Really tested us all and put us to the test. Very hands on. Made us think about different situations. Was very helpful for what we may come across in practice.
