It is a good experience and good learning exercise. I learnt a lot .I learnt how to understand the young people better and clear. I learnt how to understand them better when they are expressing themselves.

My 3 days training alongside Ben was a very good experience and I feel in the short period of time I have learnt a lot, he is a very firm but on the ball trainer, I enjoyed all 3 days

A true cut above other de-escalation and physical intervention used in most areas of the industry. Also, our trainer, Ben, delivered the course with humor and wisdom which made it very digestible. Both trainers were amazing and took time to answer any questions you had. Took time to break down the practical training and theory. I’m very confident in the training I had received and feel confident that I will be able to apply my trading effectively at my work place.

The training was very helpful with myself due to a condition I am dealing with with, Liam helped me so much, the training has given me confidence to do this with in my home if needed, training room good , training well worth doing it.
