The training was very beneficial, because I learnt a new approach/ technique on how to handle any difficult situation with least restriction. Through arousal model I now know how to know if a person is at baseline ( calm) or if he lost control easily.

Brilliant training, very informative. Felt I learnt lots of news skills, and able to go in to my job confident I have all the correct skills and resources to put into practice.
