The training was excellent and essential for all the staff in healthcare. It helped us to have a better understanding about how had situations with patients can be dealt with. It helped us to identify different possible aspects of approaching a situation. Overall it was excellent.

This course has really been helpful, it teaches care givers how communication can be helpful and help calm a situation, and also things to say or ask a patient who is exhibiting “cues” signs. I am really happy and looking forward for a refresher training annually for staffs.

Course was very educative as it’s adds more to my knowledge especially in the aspect of engaging with patients which seems to be the best part of the overall training.
