Very thorough training. Lee had high energy when talking us through each topic and when showing the holds. All holds shown were new to me and were made so easy to learn and remember.

Really enjoyed the training today with Ben! He made it fun but also very clear instructions to understand. I was able to leave today feeling confident about have to use these techniques in the future.
