Lee presented the course with great enthusiasm and knowledge. The course itself was extremely informative. The best of all the courses I have been involved in, PRICE etc.

The course was presented extremely well, I enjoyed the course from start to finish. I learnt a great deal about how to recognise behaviours of concern and how to intervene appropriately at each stage. I was reassured to learn / see that the restrictive interventions are carried out in a way to ensure the safety of all involved and in the least restricted way to the person display the behaviour of concern. David ensured that we all understood the purpose of the course, to be aware of triggers and the differnt types of invention that can be used without having to result to restraint. David answered all questions with great knowledge and enthusiasm.
