Ben was very engaging and did not make the day boring. He was able to make the theory relatable and easy to understand through personal and real life stories. Made you feel confident to be able to put these techniques into practise if we ever need to safely.

Although we hope do not have to use the physical intervention techniques, we strive to ensure feel staff feel confident if they do so it is great to read that you left the course feeling confident.
